How do I start accepting payments?

Display your merchant QR code. Customers scan it with MTB Wallet and confirm payment instantly.

How will I know if a payment is successful?

You will receive instant notification in the app and can view the transaction in your history.

When will I receive my money (settlement)?

Your payments will be transferred to your bank account based on T+2 settlement schedule.

Are there any transaction fees?

MDR rate 0.2% may apply per transaction. Please check your agreement or app for details.

Can I track my sales?

Yes, you can view your daily, weekly, and monthly transcations in the dashboard.

What if customer says they paid but I didn’t receive it?

Check your transaction history first. If not found, ask the customer to verify and contact Merchant Support Hotline if needed.
